# Weather for Spain vs WindField

The clearest difference is update cadence: WindField at every 10 days against Weather for Spain's every 4 months. Weather for Spain's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Weather for Spain sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and WindField sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.00 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Weather for Spain ships an update every 4 months, WindField every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
