# Trendyol vs Try Modest

Trendyol and Try Modest both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Try Modest's written reviews are positive against 53% of Trendyol's. Try Modest also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). Trendyol's advantage is ratings volume (112K vs 6) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Trendyol against 4.8 for Try Modest. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trendyol has 112K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 53% of Trendyol's written reviews are positive against 100% of Try Modest's.

Trendyol ships an update every 6 days, Try Modest every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
