The clearest difference is rating: LIV Golf at 4.8 against ATG Vision's 3.0. LIV Golf also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (4.8K vs 2). ATG Vision's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LIV Golf sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. ATG Vision asks for nothing beyond the download.
