# Pathlight™ vs Intersector

The clearest difference is update cadence: Intersector at every 5 days against Pathlight™'s every 2 months. Pathlight™'s advantage is iOS requirement (7.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pathlight™ ships an update every 2 months, Intersector every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
