# Anime boxes vs Live Wallpaper

The clearest difference is monetization model: Anime boxes at free with in-app purchases against Live Wallpaper's subscription. Anime boxes also leads on ads (none vs shown). Live Wallpaper's advantage is ratings volume (13K vs 335) and review sentiment (87% vs 68%). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Anime boxes sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Live Wallpaper sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Anime boxes against 4.7 for Live Wallpaper. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Live Wallpaper has 13K ratings behind it against 335, so its average is the more settled of the two.
