# Web vs Avaya Workplace

The clearest difference is rating: Web at 4.5 against Avaya Workplace's 2.1. Web also leads on ratings volume (22K vs 350). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Web holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Web has 22K ratings behind it against 350, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of Web's written reviews are positive against 19% of Avaya Workplace's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
