# Bluetooth U vs Bluetooth Finder

The clearest difference is rating: Bluetooth U at 2.6 against Bluetooth Finder's 1.0. Bluetooth U also leads on ratings volume (16 vs 1). Bluetooth Finder's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bluetooth U sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Bluetooth Finder sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bluetooth U holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bluetooth U has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bluetooth U ships an update every 2 months, Bluetooth Finder monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
