# Baseball America vs PitchTracker Baseball

The clearest difference is rating: Baseball America at 4.7 against PitchTracker Baseball's 3.6. Baseball America also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 42). PitchTracker Baseball's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Baseball America sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. PitchTracker Baseball asks for nothing beyond the download.

Baseball America holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Baseball America has 1.4K ratings behind it against 42, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of Baseball America's written reviews are positive against 55% of PitchTracker Baseball's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Baseball America ships an update every 3 months, PitchTracker Baseball every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
