# Baseball America vs CallupTracker

The clearest difference is monetization model: CallupTracker at free against Baseball America's subscription. CallupTracker also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 4 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Baseball America's advantage is ratings volume (1.4K vs 2) and chart position (#138 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Baseball America sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and CallupTracker sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CallupTracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Baseball America has 1.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Baseball America ships an update every 4 months, CallupTracker every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
