# 《名刊匯》 vs 知書Nowbook

The clearest difference is update cadence: 知書Nowbook at every 2 months against 《名刊匯》's every 5 months. 《名刊匯》's advantage is iOS requirement (8.0 vs 11.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 《名刊匯》 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and 知書Nowbook sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
