# Nine Card Game vs SA Thunee

The clearest difference is rating: SA Thunee at 5.0 against Nine Card Game's 3.0. SA Thunee also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Nine Card Game's advantage is review sentiment (57% vs 32%) and ratings volume (42 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nine Card Game sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and SA Thunee sells 50 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SA Thunee holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nine Card Game has 42 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Nine Card Game's written reviews are positive against 32% of SA Thunee's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Nine Card Game ships an update every 2 months, SA Thunee fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
