# Wicca Spellbook vs RigVeda

The clearest difference is rating: RigVeda at 5.0 against Wicca Spellbook's 4.3. RigVeda also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and device support (3 vs 1). Wicca Spellbook's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 15 months) and ratings volume (36 vs 1). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Wicca Spellbook costs $0.99 and RigVeda $0.99 up front. Wicca Spellbook sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. RigVeda asks for nothing beyond the download.

RigVeda holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wicca Spellbook has 36 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of Wicca Spellbook's written reviews are positive against 75% of RigVeda's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wicca Spellbook ships an update every 2 months, RigVeda every 15 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
