# Wicca Spellbook vs Witcher

The clearest difference is price: Witcher at Free against Wicca Spellbook's $0.99. Witcher also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.3) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). Wicca Spellbook's advantage is chart position (#37 vs unranked). On review sentiment, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Witcher is free to download; Wicca Spellbook costs $0.99 up front. Wicca Spellbook sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Witcher sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Witcher holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 36 and 47 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of Wicca Spellbook's written reviews are positive against 80% of Witcher's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wicca Spellbook ships an update every 2 months, Witcher every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
