# Design Fee vs VPN Location Changer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Design Fee at 100% against VPN Location Changer's 55%. Design Fee also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.1) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). VPN Location Changer's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (500 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Design Fee sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and VPN Location Changer sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Design Fee holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VPN Location Changer has 500 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
