# Denny's vs Panda Express

Denny's and Panda Express both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 55% of Panda Express's written reviews are positive against 35% of Denny's's. Panda Express also leads on ratings volume (622K vs 93K) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Denny's's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Denny's against 4.8 for Panda Express. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Panda Express has 622K ratings behind it against 93K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 35% of Denny's's written reviews are positive against 55% of Panda Express's.

Denny's ships an update weekly, Panda Express every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
