# itTaxi vs Elba Traghetti

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Elba Traghetti at 71% against itTaxi's 16%. Elba Traghetti also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.5). itTaxi's advantage is rating (1.9 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (133 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

itTaxi holds the better App Store score, 1.9 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: itTaxi has 133 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of itTaxi's written reviews are positive against 71% of Elba Traghetti's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

itTaxi ships an update every 3 weeks, Elba Traghetti every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
