# Kids Note vs 3LINEDIARY

The clearest difference is rating: Kids Note at 4.7 against 3LINEDIARY's 4.4. Kids Note also leads on update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly) and ratings volume (302 vs 48). 3LINEDIARY's advantage is review sentiment (85% vs 74%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kids Note sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and 3LINEDIARY sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kids Note holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kids Note has 302 ratings behind it against 48, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Kids Note's written reviews are positive against 85% of 3LINEDIARY's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kids Note ships an update weekly, 3LINEDIARY fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
