# L'Humanité vs SO PRESS

The clearest difference is review sentiment: L'Humanité at 90% against SO PRESS's 9%. SO PRESS's advantage is update cadence (every 5 months vs every 12 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. L'Humanité sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and SO PRESS sells 13 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

L'Humanité ships an update every 12 months, SO PRESS every 5 months. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
