# Allegiant vs Aero

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Aero at 83% against Allegiant's 7%. Aero also leads on rating (4.5 vs 2.8). Allegiant's advantage is ratings volume (8.1K vs 14) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Aero holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Allegiant has 8.1K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 7% of Allegiant's written reviews are positive against 83% of Aero's.

Allegiant ships an update every 2 weeks, Aero every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
