# Opsgenie vs Omnissa Pass

The clearest difference is rating: Omnissa Pass at 5.0 against Opsgenie's 2.1. Omnissa Pass also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription). Opsgenie's advantage is ratings volume (124 vs 9) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Omnissa Pass holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Opsgenie has 124 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Opsgenie ships an update every 3 weeks, Omnissa Pass every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
