# Santoor HD vs Echo Pitch

The clearest difference is rating: Echo Pitch at 4.9 against Santoor HD's 4.3. Echo Pitch also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). Santoor HD's advantage is review sentiment (85% vs 68%) and ratings volume (157 vs 16). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Santoor HD costs $2.99 and Echo Pitch $4.99 up front. Santoor HD sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Echo Pitch asks for nothing beyond the download.

Echo Pitch holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Santoor HD has 157 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of Santoor HD's written reviews are positive against 68% of Echo Pitch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Santoor HD ships an update every 3 months, Echo Pitch every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
