# Off vs Lockfy Personal

The clearest difference is rating: Lockfy Personal at 5.0 against Off's 4.5. Lockfy Personal also leads on iOS requirement (12.3 vs 17.0). Off's advantage is ratings volume (497 vs 7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Off sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Lockfy Personal sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lockfy Personal holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Off has 497 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
