# Paramount+ vs USA Network

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: USA Network at none against Paramount+'s 13. USA Network also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). Paramount+'s advantage is chart position (#2 vs #204) and ratings volume (938K vs 27K). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Paramount+ sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. USA Network asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Paramount+ against 4.5 for USA Network. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Paramount+ has 938K ratings behind it against 27K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 33% of Paramount+'s written reviews are positive against 37% of USA Network's.

Paramount+ ships an update fortnightly, USA Network every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
