# First Grade Learning Games vs Mindtrex Academy

The clearest difference is rating: Mindtrex Academy at 5.0 against First Grade Learning Games's 4.4. First Grade Learning Games's advantage is ratings volume (51K vs 7) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. First Grade Learning Games sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Mindtrex Academy sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mindtrex Academy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: First Grade Learning Games has 51K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
