# Collage Maker vs Picsew

The clearest difference is ads: Picsew at none against Collage Maker's shown. Picsew also leads on review sentiment (88% vs 63%). Collage Maker's advantage is ratings volume (179K vs 3.4K) and chart position (#72 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Collage Maker sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Picsew sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Collage Maker against 4.7 for Picsew. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Collage Maker has 179K ratings behind it against 3.4K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 63% of Collage Maker's written reviews are positive against 88% of Picsew's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
