The clearest difference is price: DEEMO II at Free against Tone Sphere's $1.99. DEEMO II also leads on ratings volume (3.8K vs 141) and chart position (#100 vs unranked). Tone Sphere's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (90% vs 68%). On rating, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

DEEMO II is free to download; Tone Sphere costs $1.99 up front. Tone Sphere sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and DEEMO II sells 43 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
