# HANKO Maker vs Decopuchi

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Decopuchi at 83% against HANKO Maker's 30%. Decopuchi also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (23 vs 1). HANKO Maker's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HANKO Maker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Decopuchi sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HANKO Maker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Decopuchi has 23 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of HANKO Maker's written reviews are positive against 83% of Decopuchi's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HANKO Maker ships an update every 2 months, Decopuchi every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
