# SocialFlight vs YetiFlight

The clearest difference is rating: YetiFlight at 4.7 against SocialFlight's 3.1. YetiFlight also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 months). SocialFlight's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and ratings volume (139 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SocialFlight sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and YetiFlight sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

YetiFlight holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SocialFlight has 139 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SocialFlight ships an update every 3 months, YetiFlight every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
