# Flight Tracker + vs Pebbles

The clearest difference is ads: Pebbles at none against Flight Tracker +'s shown. Pebbles also leads on review sentiment (77% vs 51%). Flight Tracker +'s advantage is ratings volume (291K vs 16) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flight Tracker + sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $2.79 per month and Pebbles sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flight Tracker + holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flight Tracker + has 291K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of Flight Tracker +'s written reviews are positive against 77% of Pebbles's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
