# KSU vs MyKKU

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MyKKU at 87% against KSU's 15%. MyKKU also leads on ratings volume (51 vs 5). KSU's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

KSU holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyKKU has 51 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of KSU's written reviews are positive against 87% of MyKKU's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

KSU ships an update every 2 months, MyKKU every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
