# UFC vs PFL

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PFL at none against UFC's 13. PFL also leads on review sentiment (77% vs 53%) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). UFC's advantage is ratings volume (47K vs 559) and chart position (#51 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. UFC sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. PFL asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for UFC against 4.7 for PFL. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UFC has 47K ratings behind it against 559, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 53% of UFC's written reviews are positive against 77% of PFL's.

UFC ships an update every 2 months, PFL every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 17, 2026.
