# UFC vs Shaply

The clearest difference is rating: UFC at 4.8 against Shaply's 1.6. UFC also leads on ratings volume (47K vs 7) and chart position (#49 vs unranked). Shaply's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 9) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. UFC sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Shaply asks for nothing beyond the download.

UFC holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UFC has 47K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 53% of UFC's written reviews are positive against 50% of Shaply's.

UFC ships an update every 2 months, Shaply every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
