# 觀天氣 vs 天氣預報

The clearest difference is rating: 天氣預報 at 5.0 against 觀天氣's 4.5. 天氣預報 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). 觀天氣's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (64 vs 4). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 天氣預報 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. 觀天氣 asks for nothing beyond the download.

天氣預報 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 觀天氣 has 64 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of 觀天氣's written reviews are positive against 67% of 天氣預報's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

觀天氣 ships an update every 2 months, 天氣預報 every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
