# Jarir Bookstore vs Mstaml

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Mstaml at 81% against Jarir Bookstore's 54%. Jarir Bookstore's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Jarir Bookstore holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6.5K and 6.1K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of Jarir Bookstore's written reviews are positive against 81% of Mstaml's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Jarir Bookstore ships an update every 5 days, Mstaml monthly. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
