# Picture Collage Maker vs Frames by Collage Collection

Picture Collage Maker and Frames by Collage Collection both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 86% of Frames by Collage Collection's written reviews are positive against 46% of Picture Collage Maker's. Picture Collage Maker's advantage is ratings volume (20K vs 124) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Picture Collage Maker sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and Frames by Collage Collection sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
