# CU vs K MANGA

The clearest difference is review sentiment: CU at 93% against K MANGA's 26%. CU also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). K MANGA's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 2.8) and ratings volume (2.9K vs 4). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CU sells 17 one-off in-app purchases and K MANGA sells 20 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

K MANGA holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: K MANGA has 2.9K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 93% of CU's written reviews are positive against 26% of K MANGA's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CU ships an update every 6 months, K MANGA every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
