# Pepper Movie Maker 3D vs Comic Star HD

The clearest difference is rating: Pepper Movie Maker 3D at 4.1 against Comic Star HD's 3.7. Pepper Movie Maker 3D also leads on ratings volume (910 vs 39) and device support (3 vs 1). Comic Star HD's advantage is review sentiment (68% vs 50%) and iOS requirement (7.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pepper Movie Maker 3D sells 25 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and Comic Star HD sells 15 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pepper Movie Maker 3D holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pepper Movie Maker 3D has 910 ratings behind it against 39, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Pepper Movie Maker 3D's written reviews are positive against 68% of Comic Star HD's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
