# Site24x7 vs EcoStruxure IT

The clearest difference is rating: Site24x7 at 4.3 against EcoStruxure IT's 2.6. Site24x7 also leads on ratings volume (145 vs 13). EcoStruxure IT's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Site24x7 holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Site24x7 has 145 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 24% of Site24x7's written reviews are positive against 25% of EcoStruxure IT's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Site24x7 ships an update every 4 weeks, EcoStruxure IT fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
