# Zillow Rentals vs Dwellsy

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Zillow Rentals at 389K against Dwellsy's 8. Zillow Rentals also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). Dwellsy's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 27%) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Zillow Rentals holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Zillow Rentals has 389K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Zillow Rentals's written reviews are positive against 50% of Dwellsy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Zillow Rentals ships an update every 3 days, Dwellsy fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
