# Calendar Widget & Planner vs Calendars

The clearest difference is ads: Calendars at none against Calendar Widget & Planner's shown. Calendars also leads on ratings volume (123K vs 1.2K) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). Calendar Widget & Planner's advantage is review sentiment (70% vs 56%) and iOS requirement (12.2 vs 18.2). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Calendar Widget & Planner sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Calendars sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
