# REBALL vs Gem Diver

The clearest difference is review sentiment: REBALL at 78% against Gem Diver's 0%. REBALL also leads on ratings volume (42 vs 6). Gem Diver's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.8 vs 4.4). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. REBALL sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and Gem Diver sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gem Diver holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: REBALL has 42 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of REBALL's written reviews are positive against 0% of Gem Diver's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

REBALL ships an update every 9 months, Gem Diver every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 21, 2026.
