# NED Comic vs Comikey

The clearest difference is rating: NED Comic at 5.0 against Comikey's 4.4. NED Comic also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). Comikey's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (188 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NED Comic sells 13 one-off in-app purchases and Comikey sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NED Comic holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Comikey has 188 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

NED Comic ships an update every 8 months, Comikey monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
