# FlightLink vs Hangar

The clearest difference is rating: Hangar at 4.9 against FlightLink's 3.8. Hangar also leads on review sentiment (64% vs 23%) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 9 months). FlightLink's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.2). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hangar sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. FlightLink asks for nothing beyond the download.

Hangar holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.8.
