# Fishbox vs Sci

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sci at 100% against Fishbox's 55%. Sci also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). Fishbox's advantage is ratings volume (39K vs 15) and update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fishbox sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Sci asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sci holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fishbox has 39K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two.
