# 17K小说 vs 有书

The clearest difference is ads: 有书 at none against 17K小说's shown. 有书 also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (74% vs 60%). 17K小说's advantage is rating (3.4 vs 3.0). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 17K小说 sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month and 有书 sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

17K小说 holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 22 and 22 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of 17K小说's written reviews are positive against 74% of 有书's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

17K小说 ships an update every 2 months, 有书 fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
