# 17K小说 vs 寒武纪年

The clearest difference is rating: 17K小说 at 3.4 against 寒武纪年's 3.0. 17K小说 also leads on ratings volume (22 vs 1). 寒武纪年's advantage is review sentiment (86% vs 60%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 17K小说 sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month and 寒武纪年 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

17K小说 holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 17K小说 has 22 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of 17K小说's written reviews are positive against 86% of 寒武纪年's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

17K小说 ships an update every 2 months, 寒武纪年 every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
