# Amazon Prime Video vs The Zeus Network

Amazon Prime Video and The Zeus Network both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 88% of The Zeus Network's written reviews are positive against 17% of Amazon Prime Video's. The Zeus Network also leads on ads (none vs shown). Amazon Prime Video's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and chart position there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Amazon Prime Video sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month and The Zeus Network sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Amazon Prime Video against 4.8 for The Zeus Network. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Amazon Prime Video has 3.1M ratings behind it against 166K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 17% of Amazon Prime Video's written reviews are positive against 88% of The Zeus Network's.

Amazon Prime Video ships an update every 4 days, The Zeus Network every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
