# Bütton View vs Freenotes®

The clearest difference is update cadence: Freenotes® at weekly against Bütton View's every 2 months. Freenotes® also leads on ratings volume (63K vs 5). Bütton View's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (68% vs 60%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bütton View sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Freenotes® sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Bütton View against 4.7 for Freenotes®. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Freenotes® has 63K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
