# StarMaker Lite vs Sing Sharp

The clearest difference is ads: StarMaker Lite at none against Sing Sharp's shown. StarMaker Lite also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 5 weeks) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). Sing Sharp's advantage is review sentiment (69% vs 57%). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StarMaker Lite sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Sing Sharp sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

StarMaker Lite holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6.5K and 14K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of StarMaker Lite's written reviews are positive against 69% of Sing Sharp's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

StarMaker Lite ships an update every 6 days, Sing Sharp every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 16, 2026.
