# Astral Projection Hypnosis vs Nuuro

The clearest difference is ads: Astral Projection Hypnosis at none against Nuuro's shown. Nuuro's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 9 months) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Astral Projection Hypnosis sells 22 one-off in-app purchases and Nuuro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Astral Projection Hypnosis ships an update every 9 months, Nuuro fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
